Terms and Conditions of Contributions

This section refers any information, articles and codes published by Coding Epiphany in any form – email, online, third party content syndication, feeds and print.

The website (referred to as the “Website” in these terms and conditions) is the Website operated by Coding Epiphany with the domain name www.codingepiphany.com.

Any publication together with all updates revisions and additions and any subsequent contributions made to Coding Epiphany by the same author (hereafter defined as “the Contribution” and the “Contributor” respectively) on the Website is accepted subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By submitting a Contribution via e-mail and/or twitter and/or Facebook, a Contributor will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

  • The Contributor grants to Coding Epiphany for the full term of copyright in the Contribution and any extensions thereto the non exclusive licence:
    1. To publish, reproduce, distribute, display and store the Contribution in all forms, formats and media whether now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation in print, digital and electronic form) throughout the world;
  • Ownership of copyright remains with the Contributor.
  • Coding Epiphany retains the right to accept, reject, unpublish or delete any Contributions.
  • Rejected Contributions will not be stored by Coding Epiphany.
  • The Contributor can request request deletion of any Contributions created by them.
  • The Contributor retains the non-exclusive right to articles, graphics and codes created by them and contained in the Contribution in other works created by them.
  • Coding Epiphany retains the right to insert any affiliate links or promotional materials in any of the Contributions
  • The Contributor warrants and represents that:
    1. The Contributor is the sole author of and sole owner of the copyright in the Contribution. If the Contribution includes materials of others, the Contributor has obtained the permission of the owners of the copyright in all such materials to enable them to grant the rights contained herein.
    2. All of the facts contained in the Contribution are true and accurate.
    3. Nothing in the Contribution is obscene, defamatory, libellous, violates any right of privacy or infringes any intellectual property rights (including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark) or any other human, personal or other rights of any person or entity or is otherwise unlawful.
    4. Nothing in the Contribution infringes any duty of confidentiality which the Contributor may owe to anyone else or violates any contract, express or implied, of the Contributor, and all of the institutions in which work recorded in the Contribution was carried out have authorised publication of the Contribution.
    5. Nothing in the Contributions is of any form of promotional material, such as but not limited to affiliate links, advertisements, online advertisement banners.
  • To the extent permissible in law, the Website will not be liable for any loss including but not limited to the following (whether such losses are foreseen, known or otherwise) loss of data, loss of revenue or anticipated profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or injury to reputation, losses suffered by third parties, any indirect, consequential or exemplary damages.
  • The Website does not warrant that the functions contained in the Website will be uninterrupted or error free or that the server which makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
  • You agree to Coding Epiphany, at its sole discretion, publishing rewording or categorising Contributions, whether by means of ranking them according to their popularity or by any other criteria.
  • Coding Epiphany may change these Terms at any time by posting the changes online and it is your responsibility to check them every time you: submit your Contributions.
